The challenge
Our client’s mother had attended an appointment at a visa center to obtain a Spanish tourist visa, only to be told that because of changes to their policies, they would not be able to process her application without certain criteria being met! She would need to provide certain documents which would need to be notarized, and then translated into Spanish and authenticated by the translator themselves by means of a certificate. As a member of the legal profession herself, our client was already in contact with a Notary Public, who in turn was also a long-standing client of TTC. It was he who recommended our services to her. These documents were now needed as a matter of urgency in order for them to remake the appointment with the visa center and get the documents processed so that they could commence with their travel plans.
The solution
TTC wetranslate operations manager was the main contact of the client. She collected all the necessary data about this project. Acknowledging a fast turnaround was paramount, she started contacting the most suitable approved translators of TTC wetranslate to get the translation stage started. All in all, it was a fairly tight deadline to work to and file preparation and postage timings had to be taken into consideration.
