*You should contact us within 14 days of project delivery. We use the localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) quality criteria to determine the result. Only projects that use our Premium service benefit from this guarantee.
All translations need to be appropriate for their target audience. To ensure that your translation is not only suitable but also cost and time effective, we offer two different levels of translation:
Recommended if the translation is for internal communication or if you are organising the translation review yourself. Your documents will be translated by a professional translator and coordinated by a Project manager to ensure the final results. The translator will proofread their own work, making sure that the translation is top quality. Also included is an in-house format checking*. Translation memory is included where applicable.
Recommended if you are going to print or publish the translation. Your documents will be translated by a professional translator, revised by a second professional translator and coordinated by a Project Manager that works to deliver a high quality translation. Also included is an in-house format checking*. This is a high quality solution. Translation memory is included where applicable.
*In-house quality checking includes the following: making sure there are no omissions in the translation and making sure formats are same as the original document. Making sure all clients requirements are carried out and files are in the required format.
